I visited the LCBO in Picton on Sept 13th and had a great customer service experience. While I was searching for my purchases, I was asked by 2 separate employees if I needed any help. I was enjoying the search, so I declined, but it was great to be offered assistance. When I came to the check out with my purchases, I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Robert. Not only was he very pleasant, but he made a suggestion, based on my choices, of another drink I might enjoy. He wonderfully described a beer with flavours of cranberry & field berries, and even instructed me where to find it. I couldn't resist (Lol) and added it to my order. What a great suggestion... when I tried it later, I found it to be absolutely delicious! Thanks for going the extra mile Robert, and for making shopping fun! : )

Very lovely staff. Selection of vintages was not great but they had some nice wines that are hard to find in the city.

I have never been made to feel more humiliated for dropping something in my life - I dropped a can of beer which, granted, did explode and left a little puddle, for which I offered to pay and they rejected my offer. The cashier sighed so heavily and rolled their eyes and another employee walked over and loudly stated "Oh My God." My friends and I moved the wet floor sign over the mess for them and they thanked us, but wow. Will not return if I can help it.Otherwise clean store, well lit and well stoked.

Selection is good...... Customer service...... Not so much. The cashiers all act like they don't even want to be there. Word of advice for them. Treat customers with respect, they will treat it right back to you.
