    The rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. It’s understandable when mistakes are made. But absolutely unacceptable when staff are nasty because they made a mistake.. Has been this way since at least Covid. Would recommend that people move pharmacies.

    Absolutely some of the most rude staff I have ever encountered in the pharmacy! I switched from Rexall Elmira who were amazing to this location where I was treated as if I were stupid by the pharmacist. I will not be returning. Abysmal way to deal with customers!!
