I had to take the time to do a review which I don’t normally do but this girl went above and beyond and her kindness was incredible. Her name tag said Kassandra and I remembered because it was spelt with a K and I thought that was pretty cool. Keep up the great work !

Sub-optimal selection but it is a very small store. The cashier who helped me today was not great. To start off, she was rather unfriendly and rather curt. On top of that, she was loading a box with my cans and just dropped them into it, instead of placing them gently. They're all shaken up now. I got 11 cans and every single one was treated the same. I forgot to get her name but I have never seen an LCBO employee behave so carelessly.
That said, the other staff did seem friendly and helpful. If the sour woman was not there, the would have gotten a higher rating.

I prefer the Point Edward LCBO over any other in Sarnia. Friendly staff who are willing to walk you through the store to help should you need it. There are some staff better than others but that's everywhere. I do wish they had a better selection, not just the staples.

Two employees with loaded dollys were conversing in the aisles. Totally blocking it. Their discussion seem to be employee related. Why in the aisle? Take it in the back! Store is small enough to get around in. Thought very unprofessional.
