My parcel was shipped with the wrong name and account number, but the gentlemen there somehow figured it out (hard to miss—a big item!) and even helped load it into my Jeep. The best part? He stood there and waved me off—such an awesome experience. The two ladies at the counter were incredibly sweet as well. What a pleasure it was doing business with you all!”

“Fast and friendly service, they come for pickup. They'll always have a courier with them in case you don't have the packaging. The only issue is they are Always Late.Their pickup time for my house was 10am- 2pmHe arrived at 1:55 for both times, whereas I kept thinking he's not gonna come anymore, I've missed him but he came at 1:55pm.”
