My neice hosted her daughter's bday party here. Space, kitchen, table & chairs were clean. Place is pretty large good size for a party of 30 to 80 I'd say.

Good size room with raised stage in corner. Kitchen and bar area are also good sized. Had a great time at a jack and Jill!
