Very curtious and efficient and easy to get tob locker and while there, ran into first wife which was a pleasant surprise,,,, all in all,,,, a great place to rent from.

Extremely overpriced if you ask me. It's just a warehouse where they plywood framed up a bunch of units with wood doors. Kinda false advertising based on the pictures, it doesn't look like this at all. I still give 4 starts because they have cameras and the place is clean and not as bad as it first looks when you get over the initial shock of asking what the heck is this place. They should really be more affordable as there name suggests especially with the DIY units they have thrown up. A 25 to 30 percent reduction in price would fit the bill. Cheers.

Was there yesterday evening with my daughter to put a dresser in the storage unit/container her and her fiance had rented to find the lock on the gate was changed. They call Andrew and he tells them " I wait for tenants to call to get the combination", rather than being a respectful owner and calling the paying tenants to inform them he changed the lock for whatever reason. Once we got in the gate we go to their container to find the keyed lock they put on it was changed to a combination lock. When they called him he gave them a combination to an empty container. After a few minutes he gave them a different combination to the lock on their container. Once they opened the door it looked like it was ransacked, which it was and they found several things missing including a 50 inch tv, some handbags, a toolbox was opened and cleaned out, an art set, and some things were broken. Again he was called and he said he would look at the video footage, and that he changed the lock cause it looked old, which it was only 3 weeks old. First off he had no business changing anyone's lock decaise now it looks like he took the stuff. And as for the camera well 1is pointed at the building not the containers and one at the gate that doesn't see half of the containers. Even the police that came out said there is problems there all the time. I wouldn't be surprised if he has a unit with stolen stuff in it.As for his reviews how may places have almost all 5 star reviews, which if you read them most say almost the same thing like they were told what to say. I hope this guy Andrew does good by my daughter and her fiance considering he admitted he changed the lock making him possibly the last one in the unit....or he may find himself in court.

Place started on fire 2 days after I put my stuff in it, didn't get renters insurance cause it was only going in for 20 days ish so I got screwed cause I heard a few different stories at this point from kids keeping warm out back or 2 people at their locker and were cold so they started a heater or something or fire, anyways owner didn't care didn't offer anything for the stuff lost I know he didn't have to but still would have been a nice gesture or kindlyness. Only cause we weren't allowed into the units, and in the one picture you sent me my ladder was not in the picture then I told you about it then you sent another picture with it out back like why is someone touching my belongings when it wasn't needed to be touched

We had the best service possible, we were moving from Saulle Ste Marie and needed a storage unit in a hurry Andrew helped us and also because we came in after hours suppled us with his own paddlock, the unit was spotless. I had to call him a few times and he always ansered the phoneI would use this storage company again.
