Currently not getting mail like I use to. Mail lady seems to be to busy talking on her phone and smoking cigarettes..I'm not getting important mail, and my neighbours have the same complaint. Would be nice to get the Australian guy back, he did it properly. This woman does not deserve her job!UPDATE.No changes in this mail carriers performance. Getting mail now at 7/8 o'clock at night. She's ruined my front gate by kicking it to the side, and it would be appreciated if her supervisor would take action on this poor performance.

I've had 2 packages that were supposed to be delivered that required my signatureand yes they were registered mail, back in Feb. According to the website, it said that they was delivered but I never received them. I went to the post office to inquire were my packages were and was told that they had been delivered and signed for. When I asked my letter carrier about my packages all she did was shrug her shoulders and continued on her way. So they were either left in the office or lost along the way on her route. I am very dissappointed with the service from Canada Post.

I thought Canada Post was providing a service to customers. I received an email stating that my parcel was delivered at 11.58am. I was home and no parcel was delivered and no card was left. I tried multiple times to call the local Post office. Did you know when the post office is busy and they have a line up they don't answer the phone??? Unbelievable. I finally gave up calling so I got in my car and drove down to the Post office. I was told the parcel was delivered at 11:48 am. I was told they couldn't help me. I was told they were retail and couldn't help me. What the one employee did do was she wrote down the customer service number and another phone number with a guy's name.. Chris. I was told he delivered the parcel and I was to call him...hmm. What fantastic service Canada Post offers!! Find your own parcel. Pathetic service. If I could I would have given no star. Thanks for nothing Canada Post, Port Colborne. Your retail workers need to be replaced!

WOW I can not believe the poor work ethic of Canada Post ? on Thursday January 20th one of Port Colborne's mail carrier slipped on some ice I thought mail carrier's knew what risks are involved when being a mail carrier so Port Colborne's Canada Post supervisor pulled all carriers off their routes

The absolute worst service I have ever received at any post office, immediate negativity right when I walked through the door from an employee who refused to tell me her name after being snobby and rude. Severe attitude problem.
