Would rate 1 star if I could, these associates are useless. Location in PC gave me incorrect product info then sent me to Welland store where I waited 30minutes at customer service for them to deliver the wrong product.

It's frustrating when I as a customer does his due diligence and goes on line to make sure you have the product but twice now I've went because it says there is items in stock.. WELL THEY WEREN'T AND I DROVE 18 MINUTES TO GET THERE, to have there workers say sorry they are burned in totes and we can't get to them. I know it has changed hands but I'm tired of this, old days we would be given a voucher or they would of checked other stores...now rhey rven have it but won't bother to get them in the Warehouse... Canadian Tire, u are going down hill...WELL AT LEAST PORT COLBORNE IS.. TO BAD, it's a true Canadian icon I've always went to for 55yrs

We have seasonal property we have owned for a long time our grandfather built it & we have contributed to the Canadian resources. On 6/26/24 at ,4:25 Operator 110 Float 001. We purchased a grill for approximately $158. The cashier was extremely rude, unfriendly, provided absolutely no customer courtesy or satisfaction. She rudley said "NO PENNIES!". WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION. I responded I just spent $158 and you can take the 28 cents. So she responded and said "WERE NOT AMERICAN", I said "What the hell is that supposed to mean??". She became silent returned my change by cringling my ten dollar bill & rudley aggressively placing it in my hand. I requested to speak to manager, but the foreign person that assisted us with the grill wasn't very receptive. I would appreciate any acknowledgement to our concerns. I will call the customer support on my receipt.

Some staff are very unfriendly and seem inconvenienced when asking for any assistance. Long wait at checkout, only one teller working and often don't have stock when there are sales.

Rude young employee tried arguing with me today. I was right about the matter and I did get my exchange. The cashier also tried giving me a cheaper product as an exchange. So rude. I shouldn't have been treated like a liar.

I love our Canadian Tire here in PC. Great store, well organized and friendly staff. I always look forward to the garden centre opening so I can pick up hanging baskets and vegetables every spring.

Went there to buy some fasteners. This section is a dog's breakfast. There is no rhyme or reason to the way the items have been placed. The sizes and type of the bolts, washers and nuts are totally mixed up. It's that difficult. I feel sorry for the person who has to restock this area. In the end I gave up. Went to Frank's Home Building Center, and there it was, all the fasteners organized by type and size. Save yourself the time and frustration and go some where else.

Staff not helpful at all. They go out of there way to avoid you. The cashier was friendly.
The Welland store staff is very approachable and helpful
