Check yourself in at the automated machine. Super cool! Read all the instructions, including which way to drive in. I took a tour of the plant. Nice people. Good people ! Fast efficient!

Check in at the gate with you pickup/order #. Enter all info and wait in ur truck in the big parking lot..
Once u receive SMS,, head towards the dock through weigh scale and scan your barcode printed when checking in..
Make sure trailer is crystal clean and odorless..
Loading is quick..
Visitor room has free coffee and snacks.. I have been driving since 2006,, never I have seen any shipping company offer free snacks to the drivers/visitors.
Gentlemen at the security office was cool and friendly...
Such small act of kindness keeps us moving ahead...

Fast loading but the attitude of the ladies at the check in office is a bit off especially if youre not white.Pull up to the far right before the stop sign. Go inside the office. They will instruct you where to go. Make sure your trailer is clean of debris and dust!!

Your trailer has to be spotless clean. They need to have a leaf blower for driver since that’s how clean they want the trailer to be.

I sent my truck and trailer to get load from this location. They rejected my trailer without reason. They said the trailer is dirty. But it was very neatly clean. I showed them the trailer, and they said ok and rejected again. I lost load and reload. Do not waste your time to send this location. If you have a brand new trailer, then go to this location.
