For months and months I've been asking statements in the mail and every time I go into your establishment you guarantee me you're sending them in the mail, I have never got a statement in a year.
Now money is disappearing out of my account and you're blaming me however how am I supposed to check my account when you won't even get me a statement. Yeah I know the postal States happening now but this is a year time I've been waiting for, definitely considering switching banks.
