I was riding the Welland Canal trail when a gear cable broke. I stopped in at Pedal Bicycle Shop. Even though it was almost closing time the owner fixed my bike on the spot, at a very modest cost. Excellent service which I really appreciated.

Had a rear brake issue a day before my Barrelman 70.3 Triathlon race. Called the shop and they were very kind to take me in and repair and adjust my brake. Had a great day on the bike in the race. Thank you!

Our bike rack let go on the way to camping resulting in my wife's bike getting dragged on the road for a good 100 feet (you can imagine the damage). Dropped in at this shop and a gentleman named Jim took care of everything. Thanks for getting me out of hot water Jim! Cheers.
