Used the car wash and had it almost close on my truck as it was drying. Had to reverse it to avoid damaged to my truck and ended up stuck in there with my kid and my pregnant wife. The emergency button was on my wife’s side and I was boxed in. She went to press the button and it did nothing. She was scared my kid was crying and I had to google the pioneers number to get out. Asked for my money back and was told that would be an impossibility. Never going here again. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve been filling up and getting car washes here for almost two years now. When the pumps have the tap option to pay for gas, I’d expect it to work, or at the very least be in the process of being repaired so it can. As for the car wash, the Ultimate wash costs $15.99 and STILL leaves dirty streaks. One would expect that the entirety of their vehicle to be cleaned off. I understand having to be universal compliant to accommodate most vehicles. However this is not an unreasonable expectation, and to maintain the cleanliness of the car wash itself is something to be said.

I was in there today the gentleman (Rachit) working today is always so friendly …a lady had a problem with the car wash and he made the situation right please wiped down her car himself.He always tries his best to give the best customer service he can..

Absolutely atrocious car wash! This is the second time I’ve used this facility, and once again, the machine malfunctioned. The side spinning brushes stopped halfway through the wash, and the top high-pressure sprayer was misaligned, spraying the ceiling from front to back. When I went inside to complain and request a refund, I was accused of lying because my truck appeared clean. The staff member completely ignored my explanation and refused to check if the wash was working properly. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I will never return to this place again.

Soft touch car wash is out of adjustment and barely even makes contact with the car, leaving it dirty, and leaving you with less money. Do NOT use the car wash, and DO NOT SHOP OR GET GAS HERE until they get the message that being super cheap and not maintaining their equipment will not be tolerated.

Tried to pay at the pump and the pump refused to work then when I decided to pay inside after pumping the employee took over 5 mins to activate the pump and kept trying to talk to me over the speaker very disappointed in this location

This establishment just lost my business indefinitely. That sign you posted is disgusting!
Update. I still dont go here I drive by it all the time. I would rather push my car that ran out of gas right by this place than to purchase a single drop of gas here!

Had car problems car misfiring stalling an came to the conclusion the gas was bad or maybe water was added once the tank was used up from this gas station things were fine never get gas from here

I stopped to get gas in the pouring rain. The tap wasn't working. The guy said to put the card in. So I did and took $30 in gas. My bill was $43 because an almost $14 dollar car wash was added, and it wasn't by me. The young man wouldn't take it off my bill. I'll never return, and you should be wary of their lack of service. Query me this: Who buys a car wash on a dark rainy night? I had to give one star to post. Believe me it's zero stars!

AVOID at all cost. NO customer service at all. I Paid over $12 for soft touch car wash. As I start driving I look out my back window and it's filthy. When I call to ask what they can do as it's been less than 5mins since I was there. I was told to hold, than told" oh there's nothing I can do" , "we never hab this before".So I explained I can do something by posting and warning people from going there.

They rip people off with added charges for services that weren't used. They do this to your card while you're at the pumps.

Do NOT WASH your car here. It will not clean. Bought an ultimate wash. Nothing cleaned off. Spoke to attendant and said come outside and see the vehicle. He refused to re wash or refund. They said buy another wash and try again but no guarantees. My car wasn't even that dirty. It had bird poop and it was like it was never cleaned. After I went to shell down the street and it washed it way better. Don't waste your money here. Head straight to the other spots instead or find a hose. It will do a better job then this wash if i could give it 0 stars I would.
