There are no words to express how grateful I am to the staff today. I needed help finding a new dog food and the staff member (didn't catch her name) was beyond helpful. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

My cat (Brian) had stopped eating and has been on a special diet for years because of skin issues. They recommended a different dry and wet food. He is now eating and hasn’t had any breakouts. Thanks you so much Ruffin’s. I wish I knew the name of the employee that helped me.

Great selection of pet products with a very friendly staff. Good selection of aquarium supplies including some SeaChem stuff and they even have a little bit of aquascaping and aquatic plant foods.
