This is the worst TD branch. The people there are rude and think they are all powerful and can do anything they want even going so far as closing a bank account of mine without permission. I have never in my life seen such a pitiful bunch. This branch has the worst culture I have ever seen from the district manager to the manager and staff. Just horrible.

This branch is horrible! I realize that hours have to be cut because of Covid but 10-5 and closed Saturday and Sunday makes it impossible to get there without taking time off of work. I have showed up to the bank at 4:50 once and 4:55 another time and was turned away. This is unacceptable! If you want out by 5 you should then close at 4:30 otherwise let people in until 5!! i do most of my banking online but occasionally have to go in. The woman at the doors is rude especially to the elderly. Disgusting!! I have been with this bank for 30 years! You have to to better!

Unwilling to open 5 mins late on a friday... hours are ridiculous. I got there at 4:59 and they were already closed. You guys close at 5 not 5 mins early...How can you not open till atleast 6 on a friday is beyond me.

I came to this location to try and open a credit card account and one of the bank advisors(Rhonda Warren)was very unhelpful. I was given different information by 2 different branch locations and while trying to understand why this was happening and if there was a way to open my account in the way i originally told i could do so, the bank advisor simply proceeded to ask me if i wanted to just close my account instead of trying to help me any further

I heard that they fired all the old timers- that knew their stuff and were efficient and replaced them with cheaper, younger part timers. I don't recognize any one any more. I liked the calm, casual atmosphere before- instead of over caffeinated, over perky tellers who ask you how are you- but don't wait for an answer... It's a shame TD- did this to their loyal employees who had been there for many years. It's made me lose respect for the institution..
