Having purchased two whole untrimmed beef tenderloins, I inquired on FOUR occasions, trying to get a reassurance that the meat that I purchased was indeed AAA.
No label was on the product.
Upon opening it at home in order to trim it and prepare for a family Christmas dinner I was stunned to realize that it was the „cheapest“ kind of (cow) tenderloin I received.
Unfortunately it may be wiser to go to a bulk store or out of town to get „quality“ products.

We love the freezer packs, it's a great deal. I love the beautiful roast that would be a fortune at the grocery store.

Wonderful store with great cuts of meat that are well priced. Lots of other things like pickles, spices, and other food. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always helpful 😀. I found it accidentally, and now I stop driving to the falls being new to the area. Our 1st choice ! Thank You !
