If I was on a sinking ship, and say a Bell Rescue Boat and a Rogers Rescue Boat were right beside my boat, and an Execulink Rescue Boat was a kilometre away, I'd swim to the Execulink Boat. Best customer service of a mobile/data/comms company I've experienced.

I love my Execulink. Always wanted fibre optics but couldn’t get it in my area at the time. So now I have it and wouldn’t go back to the other. Thank you Execulink.

First off Execulink provided a huge savings of over $138 per month for same services as other well known providers. Also all customer service staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with up to and including the technicians that hooked up lines and dug up the front lawn. They fixed the lawn and also put down grass seed. So far fantastic! Don't waste your money with Bell and Rogers.

I have been a customer of Execulink for over eight years, since they laid a fibre optic cable along the highway in front of my house. Being in "the boonies" so to speak, I never anticipated being able to have access to high speed internet, so I interpreted that as a sign from above.
Execulink's friendly and knowledgeable representatives made signing up pain-free and quick. Their installers were quick, courteous and efficient. Since then I have not experienced any serious issues and any questions or concerns were immediately answered or resolved by great folks like Amy and Meaghan.
When I originally joined I accepted the offered bundle and have the cable package (clear and crisp regardless of weather...as advertised) my landline telephone (with expanded area free calling) and have upgraded to the gigabyte internet option. I am absolutely satisfied as I no longer have to experience the "spinning wheel" on downloads. Updates and patches are downloaded amazingly quickly and when engaged in online games such as Battlefield or Call of Duty I no longer experience lag. In fact my grandson, who apparently notices such things, told me I had the lowest 'ping" in the lobby.
Execulink does an admirable job of keeping customers informed and I was even recently educated by the staff at the Port Dover office as to the difference between wireless network extenders and MESH units. Outstanding.
I do not regret joining the Execulink family and appreciate the polite, professional and friendly interactions with their team.

In April 2024, our town had an electrical failure. When it returned, it affected our service with Execulink. Their technicians spent over 2 hours on the phone with us trying to resolve the issue from both ends but with no success. Eventually, a technician came the next day and discovered that the surge had affected the battery backup to their service to our house. In their advertisements Execulink says that their customers deserve 'awesome' which we certainly received in abundance. Likewise, I would like to say that their technicians both on the phone and in house service were truly 'awesome' too!

Moving my cell coverage to Execulink was fast and easy. The customer rep (Jewel) was courteous, friendly and easy to deal with answering all my questions. I use Execulink for internet and home TV and have not had any issues with service. The no contract model speaks to how confident the company is with their service offering.
I would definitely recommend considering Execulink to anyone who is in the market for a change!
