“I was called in at my appt time - no waiting - they got my vehicle checked in, covered driver's seat in plastic before tech got in it, did the work & explained everything afterwards as to what to expect ie. a bit of smoke from unavoidable slight overspray onto the exhaust which would disappear quickly & it did, and not to park it on my driveway if it was paved because it may drip a little until everything firms up
No problem- I live in the country & have a gravel laneway. My vehicle was washed afterwards & I was also advised to book my appt for next year in the summer as the undercoating spreads quicker and seals nicer in warm weather. Also quicker to get in.
All in all - excellent service, professional attitude and friendly, knowledgeable advice. I strongly recommend Port Elgin Krown Rust & will be back again next year.”
