“My father passed away last winter. He had an account at the TD Canada Trust in Port Elgin. I live five hours away and was expecting lots of trouble dealing with matters. The folks at the Port Elgin branch were extremely helpful and understanding. They made it easy for me to deal with everything through my local branch. IN the matter of some financial matters that had to be handled in Port Elgin between the branch and the local lawyers office, they were wonderful to deal with over the phone.
