The posted hours said you were open at 10, but when the two young women unlocked the door at 1015 (carrying take out coffee) and I tried to come in, one of them VERY rudely told me 'we're closed'.
I had intended to buy 2 yeti mugs for mother's day, but now I have decided to not shop at your store at all this year. I'll be sure to tell everyone I know how your service level has fallen off. I hope the take out coffee was worth it though.

Terrible customer service!! You never get greeted in this store, never offered any assistance, or never even acknowledged. The clothes are decent, but customer service is non-existent.

Love this store. You can usually find good things on sale & all my favourite surfwear brands. Definitely worth a stop in to bring retail therapy to your port Elgin trip! I do think they should accept returns for refund though

I stopped yesterday as I was looking for summer clothes. I take xtra small size. The girls working tell me they take xtra small too & they buy most when it comes in. That explains why they had nothing in my size. So I won’t bother going back. Your local competitors, put all new shipments out on the racks, to give customers a chance, for 2 weeks before staff can buy it all up with their staff discount.

I have loved this store since I was a kid (Port and Sauble). I live a few hours away now, but never do I pass by without stopping when i'm in the area!! I'm addicted to the surf style. Beach bum girl right here. ✌️ ?

My daughter and I visited the store in Port Elgin on Friday March 25th. We spent a substantial amount of money that day on clothes, including a pair of Volcom Jeans. I wore them a few times and within a month they ripped - in a spot that I would not have expected them to! (Obviously a manufacturers defect) I brought them back to the store today and they would not do anything about the faulty product!I must say that I am quite disappointed. I try to shop local and support small business but I must say I will not shopHere again! Poor customer service!!!If it had of been a store in the mall they would have gladly replaced them
