“Employees working at Port Hope branch are the best in the town. I was surprised to see how all the employees go beyond their abilities and capabilities to help the customers.
Being an immigrant I can assure you I have never experienced such customer service at any banks in my home country, and when I say this trust me I bank with top tire banks in my home country. I wish they could learn some in terms of work culture and ethics from these people.
