If I could give no stars, I would!!The staff has no idea about any of the products they sell! Not only that, but they act like the customers are an inconvenience.They have a "preferred customer" book that is an absolute joke! They say they will not only keep track of your pets food, but they will make sure they always have it available according to your needs, which they do not do! They never had my dog's food in stock when I needed it, then would tell me I could have it in a week! So we started shopping at PetSmart in Cobourg, at least they always have her food!
