“We had a wonderful experience at the Port Hope Rona today with the gentleman behind the customer service desk going above and beyond helping us to pick up some baseboards. I'm sorry for not remembering his name but the lady next to him was Kathy. We appreciated his help so much as my husband was not feeling well and we drove all the way from Colborne. Great service from everyone in the store, bravo Rona!”

“Visited today to look at construction materials and lighting. Store was super clean and staff polite. Tamara at checkout was excellent help with a few questions. Will definitely drop in again when I'm in the area.”
“Thanks Luke for a great experience, needed 2 small spacers for Aluminum railing , saved me from purchasing a complete box of pickets whichI had no use for and came at no cost.”

“We had a Rolltec Awning installed in May of this year. Mike provided great customer service, the awning has worked out great and appears to be of very good quality. I highly recommend Vosburgh Home Decor.”
