“We had a wonderful experience at the Port Hope Rona today with the gentleman behind the customer service desk going above and beyond helping us to pick up some baseboards. I'm sorry for not remembering his name but the lady next to him was Kathy. We appreciated his help so much as my husband was not feeling well and we drove all the way from Colborne. Great service from everyone in the store, bravo Rona!”
