I think that the ownership of this store has changed recently, or perhaps it is just common staff turnover. Usually good service however, recently, I placed an order online that presented a significant challenge. I placed an online order for a remanufactured CV axle for a Honda. What was shipped appeared to me as a NAPA *brand new* unit. I presented a photo of what I was expecting from the NAPA website to the staff and the visual difference was evident. To be clear, remanufactured products are sand blasted and do not have a *machined* surface. The staff at this store didn't pick up or appreciate this observation and this is key to my Google review herein. OEM Honda CV axles are extremely expensive and very valuable therefore it is possible that someone, intentionally or otherwise, switched the box contents in the warehouse, maintaining the remanufactured part number on the box. While this is beyond the control of staff at the store level and to their credit confirmed that this was the only one in the warehouse, the staff did not offer an alternative solution (i.e., look harder across the Canadian supply chain) to deliver a remanufactured OEM Honda CV axle. I'll still order parts from this store but I thought I would share that my recent experience could have been better.

Why do i feel like napa only hires Timmy and Jimmys from south park? I order parts in toronto, get conformation e mail. 3 weeks go by and they dont come in. Try ordering parts on port hope store and it wont let me search parts for my car even though i put that info in 2 diff spots. If I search for a part it shows that part for every car ever made. From the store to the website you guys are terrible
