“Amazing owners and staff. When we had a devastating house fire, we lost our home, most of our belongings and worst of all some of our beloved family pets. The owners of Pet Valu in Port Hope donated a large amount of items for our cats that survived. They were so helpful and so kind. We love Ashlie as well!”
“I challenge you to find better service!!!
We've been customers since Justin's opened. We're very lucky to have them in Cobourg.
Justin/Alex and staff are always smiling and ready to help with what ever you need. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. Feels more like visiting friends.
Great prices and selection.
Support Canadian local businesses, shop local!!!”
“Great product. My dogs lick their bowls clean every time. My only MINOR complaint is the pails/ buckets the food is in. I usually order 20+ lbs of the unfrozen and then portion it out for my boys. The buckets are almost impossible for me to open. I have arthritis in my fingers. I struggle every...... single.....time. To the point I may stop ordering. Do u have any suggestions moving forward?”
“Congratulations to Cobourg, All Creatures Great and Small for providing an outstanding pet care store for 25 years ❤️Independent Pet stores come and go. Most store are large commercial retailers with young students directing you to basic products. Cobourg All Creatures is surprisingly different. You will meet knowledgeable staff that can tell you about products you won’t see at chain retailers. Something that stands out for me, when I walk in the store is that feeling…. A honest caring passion to help you care for your babies and everything to enrich their life.
I wish I lived much closer but never miss dropping to visit and hearing about new products. Following them on Facebook, give me great pleasure.”
“I have know this place since its former location in the strathy road plaza. Legendary. Competitive prices. Excellent customer service. I come here often to get my cat's nails trimmed and believe you me he is high maintenance. Thank you for your service!”
“Went to get a filter for my fish tank and spoke with a worker there Gabe who provided me with such knowledge about my fish, the filter, cleaning the tank etc. He is the go to guy if you have any questions regarding fish and the set-up!! Thank you!”
