I don't have an account here but we set up my mother's Estate account just after she passed. I have only had 3 or 4 dealings here, mostly with the branch manager Mandy. I have found her to be knowledgeable and very helpful with the many questions I have asked her. She is truly a nice person.

I have had a very positive experience with Cheryl Barclay. She has followed up with me and kept me informed. She is a gem in that branch.

Impossible to call the branch. Phone number indicated on the internet will basically directly be transferred to the general customer support center, where you are connected to someone who is unable to resolve any branch specific issues.

Absolutely the worst bank, the worst customer service and the worst branch manager I pay for an account with this branch and they have not only fired me as a customer due to being in an overdraft but also refusing me the right to have access to my account told me having access to my account is a privilege not a right they were “mandy” the branch managers exact words.I have never in my life had soooo many headaches regarding a bank account than I have with this branch and this bankRoyal bank of Canada head office WILL be hearing from me.

WOW went into the branch today since the line up at the ATM was 10 deep, I go in and no one was in line the teller told me she would serve me because of the line up BUT for insignificant amount such as 200 or less that it be done at the ATM , really time to switch banks this new policy doesn't promote customer service at any level except the bottom line for the banks at a time when they are posting record profits

They won't let me have online banking and it's so annoying like I need it to get e transfers . Checks deposited now I can't do any of that.

Twice I have had employees at the bank sign me up for things I did not authorize. The first was that they increased the limit on my Visa without my permission. I was pissed as this affects ones credit rating so phoned and got it reversed and the manager said she would coach the employee. Now again with my Visa card they have switched my card without my permission and changed me to a card that charges with an annual fee and I only have 60 days before my current card expires, when it truly expires in 2020. I believe the tellers are forced to up-sell and have quotas to meet so they deceive customers to get the sale. RBC does a bunch of pressure sale tactics as I now have signing authority on my parents account and see the same thing going on with them.
