I recently visited this branch and was assisted by Manager Heather Hall. Although my issue, which was unrelated to this branch, remains unresolved, Heather was extremely helpful. She took her time to explore every possible solution and went above and beyond to assist me. Her customer service is outstanding, and I truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism.

The staff at this bank are so professional, knowledgeable and most importantly kind and welcoming. I am 69 and have been a TD customer since I was 18! Best branch I have ever encountered. Thank you for all your kindness shown to me since my partner died!

If I could I would rate them zero. Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Something that was an easy fix turned into account being locked and had to set up a phone appointment to fix.The online easyweb staff were super easy to deal with and helped a lot.

I cannot speak highly enough of this branch! The staff are exceptional. In particular I must mention Nicole who helped us navigate through a very difficult time with the loss of my husband.
Everyone that I have had contact with have been so kind. I have shed tears standing at the counter and tissues have been offered as well condolences.
