Service at night is ridiculous. Why are the employees so miserable and rude? The ladies on morning staff seem very nice. Seems someone forgot to teach these kids respect and manners. If you hate your job as much as it seems you do, find a different one. Don't treat your customers so rudely. I don't recommend shopping here.

This store makes me feel like I'm a criminal or I'm shopping with criminals! Big metal fence plus and a security guard at the entrance! If crime is that bad, I don't want to shop here!!!

It's a beautiful store but way too expensive for weekly grocery shopping. I just buy items here that I can't get elsewhere.

Happy to see digital self-checkouts come to VOS and recently ... a few more! Not sure why VOS didn't consider removing one or two empty checkout lanes and invest in good spatial planning for grocery & cart placement so their customers would have a pleasant experience at checkout?

Honestly just so incredibly disappointed with this store. The prices are jacked so high compared to other pc stores - this shepherds pie club pack is $23 at every other PC store yet the EXACT SAME item is $34.99 here. There's literally no excuse other than taking advantage of their customers because shopping options are limited.

I recently popped in on my way home from work to grab a few essential groceries. One of the items was a large fruit tray. Upon getting it home we found the strawberries were mouldy, the pineapple was turning brown, and the melon was definitely going bad as well. I called the store and was asked if I had my receipt, and if so I can get a refund. I stopped in again on the way home from work with my receipt, but was told they don't do refunds on produce. A Supervisor was called, but insisted that I would have to come back a third time for my refund and must bring the fruit tray, (even though I had very clear photos of the rotten fruit). This was a little frustrating as I live 35 minutes from the store. So, once again the next day I had to stop on my way home from work to actually produce the rotten fruit tray to get my refund. While I was there, I popped over to the pharmacy to grab a box of Covid rapid tests, but I was told that there aren't any more free kits, and that I would have to go to Shoppers, but they are charging for them. The folks at Shoppers were understandably upset when they were told that the claim was that they were charging for them.Needless to say, I won't be shopping at this particular location any longer.Between the hassle to get a refund for a clearly rotten product and the misinformation, I've had enough.
