My sister and I walked into this store visiting from out of town for the day. We enjoy the shops of Port Stanley. We didn't close the door behind us fast enough for the shopkeeper. We simply didn't notice. My sister said hello and the shopkeeper gave her a dirty look and walked away. Our visit didn't last long. This is no way to treat customers and we certainly will never return. Judging by the replies on other reviews the shop will not hold themselves accountable for bad behavior on this one as well.

They canceled my order a day before my event after saying they ”processed” it, didn’t even provide a reason, didn’t notify why it happened . They also don’t respond to emails, messages, anything. Very unreliable.

I walked I to this store on Sunday May 29, 2022 willing to spend $500.00 - $700.00. I walked in, heard comments that something smells, and not welcomed. If you are Indigenous or Coloured, you are not welcomed. DON'T GO

Gosh I love this store! I planned my birthday weekend in Port Stanley (I'm from Windsor) solely based on this store! Can't wait to come back shopping!

Checked out this boutique and I was so pleased. Beautiful clothing and very helpful service as I was looking for a new wardrobe for Spring. Can't wait to go back, but my wallet will feel very light again lol.

I actually went down to port stanley for a different store but they were closed so I went in to Lady Savannah hoping they had jewlery. I was super impressed. I got one on one attention. I left with the most beautiful pieces of locally designed jewlery. I wasnt looking for clothing, but they had a good variety but the customer service was top notch!

Nice boutique. Very nice things and clothes. However, after spending $200 the owner wouldn't let my daughter use the bathroom to pee. We drove 1.5 hrs to visit Port Stanley. Fortunately Kettles Creek Inn next door accommodated us with zero purchase. Very unfortunate decision on the owners part. Good things come to those with a heart, Karma comes to those without one. City counsel needs to mandate facility use for customers and visitors, even if a reasonable fee is charged.
