The new chef was amazing—our guests couldn’t stop raving about the dishes. The wine, décor, and vibe were exactly what we wanted and more. “The staff is very friendly, have done very well with this virus in doing the best they can for a small business. The only bad part is, it is summer they should be getting two shipments of beer a week, they are always not getting what they should and very disappointing for the customers to have to drive to the other end of town to get beer at the local LCBO. My belief is the manger, should be checking out why this is happening at a very busy time of summer heat. Especially, they really have not had much specials on of very many brands of beer”

“I visited the LCBO in Picton on Sept 13th and had a great customer service experience. While I was searching for my purchases, I was asked by 2 separate employees if I needed any help. I was enjoying the search, so I declined, but it was great to be offered assistance. When I came to the check out with my purchases, I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Robert. Not only was he very pleasant, but he made a suggestion, based on my choices, of another drink I might enjoy. He wonderfully described a beer with flavours of cranberry & field berries, and even instructed me where to find it. I couldn't resist (Lol) and added it to my order. What a great suggestion... when I tried it later, I found it to be absolutely delicious! Thanks for going the extra mile Robert, and for making shopping fun! : )”
