From the moment I called and spoke with Tina, I knew I was in the right place. Her understanding and compassion for my sense of urgency was heartwarming. She connected me with Doug, who was a fiuntaimnof knowledge, and the one who could make this happen with only a few days notice. The installer, Cameron, was efficient, friendly and patient. He picked the perfect spot for the system. Ashley was also very helpful. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this highly professional team.

They'll cold call you 4 times within 3 minutes if you decline their call/ hangup. Had to end up blocking them, ridiculous.

Poor customer service .In order to get technical help , you have to email them and wait for them to email you back ,instead of talking to technician in person. Very inconvenient for business.

I had windows replaced and put my system on hold, Secur-U never followed up to repair the system. After I decided to find a new company Secur-U charged $115 service call (5 mins) to “release” the system back to factory default. Pure blackmail type policy of this company.They don’t care!

What a great experience so far dealing with SecureU. After deciding to make the switch from our old provider (where we struggled to get in touch with anybody and had very poor alarm response, and issues with billing), SecureU has been such a breath of fresh air. Tim in sales is so professional and knowledgeable! He helped us build a solution for our home that we are confident in, and comfortable operating. Soham came to install all of the equipment and walked us through the set up. He was also very professional and thoroughly answered any questions I had along the way. We should have made the switch sooner. This is certainly a company that values their customers. Highly recommend.

Hope you want to be charged for years after cancelling your service.No hope getting ahold of the accounting dept.no one calls or emails you back.They incorrectly installed the move of our commercial cameras and then continued to charge after the monitoring service was cancelled (and still are) 18 months later.The WORST company and the worst service I have ever encountered.
