My car broke down somewhere in the middle of Prince Edward County. It would not start. At the time we didn’t know what was wrong with it and a boost didn’t help so Towman Towing came and towed the car back to Toronto, but we had a little problem. We were three senior citizens and by law they are only allowed to take two people in the tow truck. We were in a real dilemma, but the owner was so accommodating. He had a family member drive us to Toronto for a very fair price. Ali, our driver recognized one of us as having been the head of the caretaking department at a school he attended as a child. So in that regard, we had a nice conversation driving back to Toronto, and he dropped two of us off at my house and the former caretaker he dropped off at her house because he was spending the night close by at a relative because we didn’t get into Toronto until 11:30 PM. So we really appreciate Towman Towing for really going out of their way to help us

I have to say that a day that could have been a horrible day for my family having been in a car accident was made so much better thanks to the wonderful men at this company. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help us with everything we needed. We would have been stranded had they not helped us. We were treated so wonderfully like family. I cannot recommend them enough. The kindest and most caring towing company you could ever ask for.

Thank you for your excellent service and care in transporting my vehicle to the dealership. You were knowledgable on how to hook up my car on the flatbed and I felt very confident watching you work. I needed a ride along with my vehicle and got into the cap of the tow truck. It was very clean and well kept. The driver was friendly and knew how to make sure this was a good experience, and it was.
