“They get a ton of phone calls, but they're on headsets and able to multi-task.Very helpful, they've got a couple staff that have worked at other places and now here so they're fairly "cultured" when it comes to different makes and models.Everything I work on is metric, and they lack bolts in metric sizes that are threaded the entire way down the bolt. Everybody in the valley lacks them, so its not a huge strike against.Great store, no dufuses.”
