Amazing kind staff! Just wish they carried any options for kids :( they didn’t even have one pair of boots or even one coat for my son. Otherwise very clean store, and very nice staff!

I was helped this morning by a woman named Sue, she was so great to deal with! Good customer service is so hard to come by these days, especially in retail settings. Sue helped me find the jeans I was looking for, and the pair that wasn't in store she was able to order for me online. She helped me know which items were BOGO, and was so friendly and easy to deal with. I haven't had much luck shopping for clothing lately, but left with several new items and a very positive experience. Thank you!

Not helpful. Was told they didn’t make the boots anymore however they are in stock in Pembroke, and I was able to order online for home delivery. People in the store need to get it together or hire people who are more knowledgeable.

Staff is very unorganized,couldn't find a place to try on boots and when I did it was covered with other boots people had tried on. Could not find any staff. I had to wait at the cashier desk finally someone came to assist. The Manager was not pleasant at all. Then I get home take my boots out of the box and the tag on my boots say $79.99 and the box says $89.99 which i was charged $89.99. I will never go back to shop at that store.

Service was good. But went into the changeroom at 11 am on a Sunday and it was filthy. Dust and dirt.

Took my running shoes back after about 60 days of use
They started blistering my small toe.
They took them back (90 day warrenty)
I'd go back again but make sure to have a receipt

My husband and I went to Mark's today to purchase rain boots. We are new to the area and this was our first time shopping at this store. Allysin gave me amazing customer service. She went into the stock room on two occasions and brought out choices for ladies rain boots. She went the extra mile to help me out make my selection. Allysin is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and courteous. I was surprised to get the rain boots on sale. Well worth the visit and will definitely return to the Renfrew store.

Well not sure y they have a 100day return on work shoes when you can bring them back if they have been worn.it don't make sense keep the work shoes in worn then you bring them back what kind of a return policy is that most people wear their work shoes to work and try and break them in.

I made an online purchase for in store pick up before Christmas. I called a few hours after making the purchase to say I would like to cancel it. I was told to wait the 7 days for it to automatically be cancelled and refunded as per the store policy. This never happened and I was charged for an item I never picked up. I've called several times to have this issue rectified but still have not been refunded.
