I've resigned myself to the fact that everytime I come to the Rexall Pharmacy I'll be in for a lengthy wait as almost every single customer will have an issue with their prescriptions. They're amazingly bad at what they do. They don't seem to be able to hire competent employees. Stay away if possible.

A friendly customer service will take you much further. Today, following up on prescription for the third time as the BeWell app is not working the pharmacy rep actually hang up on me. The app problem might not be this pharmacy’s responsibility, however, it’s also not the customers fault so getting angry at us for asking about it is not helping. No matter the problem, this is not how you care for your customers. Maybe time to find another pharmacy with an app that works and will inform the customers using it if there are any problems with and a more caring customer service not letting us hang for days not knowing what’s going on with our medication, hence our health.

Since using this pharmacy I have had nothing but problem. Phone pharmacy and they leave you on hold 15+ min. Mixed up prescriptions, rude in person. Pharmacist is friendly and front cash lovely. But pharmacy asst. Need a lesson in customer service.

We left here never wanting to return, the older cashier with blue or pink hair seemed like we were inconveniencing her with our presence when she was trying to have a conversation with one of her friends that was ahead of us, she gave me attitude about an item I had placed in front of her and then proceeded to tell us we put our items on wrong side of counter when all she would have had to do is slide them through to scan but instead rolled her eyes and made us pick everything up and move it to the other side of her ? anyways, I almost left everything and walked out but instead I’ve just decided to take my business else where because I’m old school and customer service should be the top priority.

As others have said, the pharmacy is absolute garbage. If you could give negative stars I certainly would. Had my spouse suffering in pain after a dental surgery and after waiting 3 hours they suddenly told me they were sorry but there was an issue with my health plan and they didn’t know how to stop solve it. they didn’t even bother to call or warn me. 1 person would tell me it was getting prepared while another couldn’t tell me where the paperwork was. Took my prescription to shoppers in Arnprior and had everything in hand 20 minutes later. They were reading it wrong in Rexall and couldn’t figure out the difference between the letter O and a zero…Absolute and utter incompetence in that pharmacy.

They gave my wife the wrong prescription,t they blamed it on the doctor, I called my doctor and she emailed me the prescription and she was right, the pharmacist issued the wrong prescription, I had a severe side effect to the drug the pharmacist dispensed. I will be talking with my LAWYER.

Terrible pharmacy...never have prescriptions ready..doctors offices have had to call them several times and they kept losing things....I've been waiting 7 days for my daughter's prescription...they told me it would be ready when I called it in the day before.....they still don't have it....and they have never contacted me to tell me my prescriptions were ready...I would strongly advise not dealing with these people..they are so disorganised and confused..

The pharmacy staff is horrible!!! They try to rip off cash paying customers by giving them the brand name pills instead of generic. Shame.

Storefront staff is super nice.However, I do not recommend using their pharmacy. Multiple times I have waited several days when filling something and it is not ready for pick up. I have a toddler and can not wait for it which is why I use the system to fill them in advance.Most recently I picked up a prescription in December with only 14 days of a 90 day prescription in the package and nothing indicating they were short and would fill it later. At my previous pharmacy in another city I always had to sign off on this.The last straw my doctor sent me in a different version of that medication today. I sent my partner to pick it up and they have gave him the rest of my last refill they didn’t tell me about. They filled the new medication with the old version. So now I have two bottles of medication in the wrong format!! They also put a notice on the bottle about having two prescriptions on file for the same medication. What a joke!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to do a return today and the cashier was extremely rude , asking me if I opened the product in an accusing way and said I had to come back another day when someone else could help me. She was extremely rude .I will not be shopping at the renfrew location again.I never have issues returning products anywhere else especially amazon or Walmart you can return anything.

Lots of selection as a store, continues to fall short as a pharmacy. Just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else from the start. Switching to Aikenheads after Rexall has worn my patience thin time and time again.

What ever happened when you can go to a pharmacy get a quick sale of a prescription 20 30 minutes I just waited almost 8 hours for a prescriptions after major surgery this is completely unacceptable I will not use them again
