Extremely slow. Very disorganized and unprofessional. When I finally did get my short block back, the work I had paid for was not actually done, and what was done was done poorly. The lifter bores were still caked full of sludge. The cylinders also had sand and hair stuck to them and you can see scratches from where they drove the pistons in without making sure everything was clean. I had to disassemble and clean everything myself.
