I went in this morning to close some savings accounts, and ended up closing them all. The CSR Audrey was incredibly rude and seemed to be in a terrible mood.
Not a good first impression for future or returning clients, glad my accounts are closed! Would NOT recommend.

One of the WORST staff members I have ever experienced was soooo beyond RUDE and unprofessional would never ever do business with this branch ever!

I have been showing a line of credit balance of $48,000 since Nov 10th. My balance should be zero. I've asked multiple times to have it corrected and 2 weeks and 1 day later, it hasn't changed.
I don't know what to do!
