They locked my account and want $250 but there's no way for me to pay because everything's locked.... corrupted company. Charge people for having no money and when they do get money cant even use it. Will definitely be switching banks.

I went in this morning to close some savings accounts, and ended up closing them all. The CSR Audrey was incredibly rude and seemed to be in a terrible mood.
Not a good first impression for future or returning clients, glad my accounts are closed! Would NOT recommend.

One of the WORST staff members I have ever experienced was soooo beyond RUDE and unprofessional would never ever do business with this branch ever!
