  Aldo managers should literally change the entire staff with more decent salesgirl.

  The worst experience ever!!!!

  I recently purchased a bag from Aldo at Hillcrest Mall as a birthday gift for my mom. When I selected the bag from the shelf, the cashier offered to bring me a 'new one' from the back. I appreciated the gesture, but when we opened the bag four days later, it was damaged.
  
  We returned to the store with the receipt, expecting an exchange. However, the manager refused, citing their policy that the tag must remain attached for an exchange. While I understand the importance of store policies, this was never communicated at the time of purchase. Additionally, I now suspect the staff knowingly gave me a damaged bag, as I trusted them to provide a quality product.
  
  The manager's attitude was unprofessional and dismissive, making an already disappointing experience worse. After reading other reviews about this location, I see that many people have raised similar concerns about the manager's behavior. It’s clear that Aldo has not taken steps to address these complaints or improve the customer experience, which is both disappointing and sad. It’s upsetting to see so many voices being ignored.
  
  I expected better from Aldo and cannot recommend this location to others until improvements are made in staff training and customer service.

  There was a really rude staff and she treated me like I was a nobody

  I will NEVER set foot in that Aldo store at Hillcrest Mall again. I used to love this brand, but after what I went through, I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. The girl working there, I think her name was Sarah, treated me like I was less than human. She was rude, disrespectful, and completely ignored me when I told her my package was here. I even showed her the email from FedEx, and she STILL shouted at me, called me a liar, and humiliated me in front of other customers.
  
  I honestly don’t know if it’s because of my race or just her outright ignorance, but I have never been treated like this in my life. It felt like she was purposely trying to make me feel small and inferior. What hurt even more is that two of her coworkers just stood there in silence, saying nothing while she acted like this.
  
  And this wasn’t even the first time! Just a few nights ago at 8:45 pm, she told me to leave, saying they had nothing for me. When I reminded her of what she said before, she denied it and called me a liar AGAIN. It’s like she had no respect for me as a person, just because I stood up for myself.
  
  This is beyond wrong. I spent my hard-earned money there and got treated like trash, just because I’m trying to get what’s mine. I returned all three shoes I ordered, and I’m done with Aldo. If that store even has a manager, they need to watch the cameras and realize how badly their employees are treating customers—especially when we’re just trying to be treated with basic respect. No one should have to put up with this kind of racist, demeaning behavior. You’ve lost a customer for good

  Had an issue with my online order sitting at Order is Processing for a few days now. Called the store that it was going to be shipped from. Luckily Sarah (assistant manager) picked up and was incredibly helpful. She confirmed they have my order and the reason for the delay. Was very understanding and even willing to contact me when the order will be shipped. Thank you so much for all your help Sarah!

  I was in the Aldo shoe store at Hillcrest mall earlier today and had the most horrible experience. I was talked down, discriminated and when I asked nicely to talk to the manager she said that she is the . Than somebody else stormed into the store screaming that I am disrespectful for her break. When I asked for their name they both said NO and she stormed out of the store. No business cards at the cashier. Is this how you operate?I hope that action will be taken against those two rude and unprofessional people. The one star was just to get into the site to write the review they actually deserve a big minus .

  Dear Aldo Team,
  
  I recently visited your Hillcrest Mall location and had a very disappointing experience due to the behavior of the manager, Rean. Her attitude was unprofessional and significantly impacted my shopping experience.
  
  While the staff were friendly and demonstrated much better customer relationship management skills, the interaction with the manager overshadowed their efforts. I understand that everyone has off days, but personal issues should not affect a customer’s experience in-store.
  
  I hope you can address this situation to ensure future visits to your stores reflect the quality of service Aldo is known for.

  I went i to Also today to buy a purse for my mom today and the sales associate was so incredibly helpful and attentive and i feel like nowadays you dint recieve this kind of service anywhrte that you go. Her name was Michelle and she wotks at the Aldo inside hillcrest mall.
