The cost to repair an earring which didn’t last even a day on my ear is $50 this is while the cost of extra gold to be used for repair was only $15. This is standing behind their product since 1892!
Ps. Thank you for your response. This only happened once and not 3 times, I wouldn’t waste my time. I paid in full for the service and the gold and nothing was provided for free as stated. Very unfortunate response to the situation. Wow
