Big Chinese grocery store in Richmond Hill with big Chinese population is not very busy but with many different varieties to choose from. The quality and price are very reasonable. 👌

Staff don't seem to like interacting with customers and they don't like to speak English at checkout, but better produce quality and variety than Superstore, Walmart, Food Basics and Longos lately. They sometimes have good sales too.

SCAMMERS! Cashier lied that the internet is down and asking for everyone to pay cash and just rounding up the dollars and not charging tax. Clearly pocketing the money.

The cashier has a very bad attitude! When I have already told you that my card is a debit master card, and you pretend that my card is a master card only, do you know what my card is better than me? He also said that he has never seen anything like this. Just because you haven’t seen it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist! Don't judge things you haven't seen based on your short-sightedness!

Rude and aggressive employees. When I was sick and ask them to help me by finding honey the manager yelled at me and said you should find it , how ever I told her I don't feel good and need your help but she yelled again and said something in her language that I didn't understand.

Their stock inventory is Hong Kong base. Environment good, a bit cold. Lighting is a it dark. Store is a bit old. The worst thing is that they do not accept credit cards if you buy less than $20.

The owner needs to spend some money on cleaning up the store, add brighter lighting, removing boxes from the entrance and windows - looks tacky.
Has the potential of becoming a wonderful grocery store. Good selection. Good hours. Great location. Plenty of parking.
