We got delivery a broken tv so we tried to change it but ALL WORKERS there didnt know how to do it. It took toooo long time. we had to go back to the store few times for few days but they still couldnt figure it out. And let us stay there they just keep running away from us. We had to keep trying to look for them. And idk if he is the manager or what his name was “Munash”(??) WAY TOO RUDE. the way to speaks and attitude was very bad and rude. Later one guy who looks like Chinese did something with his phone then figured it out so clearly finally. Its been like 2 hours since we got there the day.“Munash, if u cant be polite and nice to people if u cant work smartly ,u should quit the job!”

Please do not upgrade your phone or phone plans at this store. I went to this location for the iPhone offer yesterday. The line was massive, and you need to wait for almost 2 hours before you can talk to an agent to learn more about the promo they have in the store. Initially, the agent told me that if I added a protection service, I could get an extra $100 gift card. However, when I sat down to talk to the second agent, he only offered a $50 gift card and mentioned that I needed to keep the protection plan for 3 months. After getting the offer, I chatted with my friend who got the exact same plan at another Best Buy store. He told me that he was offered an extra $100 gift card for the protection service and could cancel it after 1 month. Since the protection service is provided by Best Buy, shouldn't the terms and conditions be the same for all customers? Why do other stores have better options? Also, the other Best Buy stores allow customers to use the Best Buy gift card to pay toward the phone rental fee. But at this store, you cannot even separate the gift cards; they just deposit all your bonuses into one gift card. Be a smart customer and don’t shop at this location. Please shop at other Best Buy locations.

the other store closed at 9 pm during Black Friday just kicked me from lane at 7pm?. But this Best Buy really respect every one in lane and help me doing the services till 11:16 pm. Pablo is a really good guy and helps me done my change plan services. Great work and I appreciate for their hard working after working hours. ??????

I've had the experience of going to this branch 2 times. it was a great experience overall and all is about a lady named "Heidi".She was exceptionally helpful and extremely nice and I strongly recommend her to anyone who has anything to do with the customer service. In addition to being nice, she is also knowledgable and fast-paced, these make her outstanding.

I went there today and received subpar service at first. I was given the wrong information about a product by 2 different employees, I was shocked at the terrible customer service. However, thankfully I got to meet Aidan and he completely turned around my experience. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This would have been a one star review without him. Even though he was from a completely different department, he took the time to help me out with my inquiry. Great ambassador for the company and that's the only reason I feel compelled to commend him on here. Cheers!

The store is well located, well laid out with ample parking and great staff. We had to deal with the Geek Squad staff several times over the past few weeks and a couple of times in the past 2 years. Mr Jonathan and Mr Glenn have been exceptionally helpful with good and appropriate advice. Our thanks to them and to ALL of the staff at the Richmond Hill Best Buy!!

I am disappointed with the way the issue has been handled. We purchased a five year warranty with Geek squad- Best Buy. When the problem showed up, we waited for almost two weeks for Best buy to book an appointment to send the technician. AND THEY DID NOT FIX THE MACHINE PROPERLY!!!!! The washer is still not working. They told us to wait for another 3-5 business days to get another technician but we never heard back from the team. EVENTUALLY, WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA $198 TO GET ANOTHER TECHNICIAN FROM OTHER PLACE. What Best buy and geek squad do is to let their customers wait forever! And they never read your email or your inquiries!!!!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WARRANTY!!!!! THE WARRANTY WONT WORK WHEN PROBLEMS SHOW UP

Awesome electronic store you can get phone, tablet or almost any house hold item. And also many useful accessories for computers. Also some of the pre built PC's are pretty good here. Employees are good too never had a problem here

Just wanted to leave a review to say we got amazing help from Fatima at this location! She was super knowledgeable and answered our numerous questions about Computer and all Tech . The manager at the store is fantastic. I wanted to special thanks to Mr Ali , manager in computer department for his helpful advise .Great Deal, Amazing customer service, very nice and knowledgeable people .Definitely will visit again and recommend to friends Thanks again!??

Ordered a laptop two weeks ago (aug 31) and was promised that it would be delivered at the latest one week ago (Sep 4). It ended up arrive over a week after the promised date (Sep 13), even though the whole reason we ordered it was because it would come soon which was stated clearly while making our purchase. The first day we went in to order, someone helped us place the order and was able to convince us to get the laptop as well as the membership and monthly protection plan. He also guaranteed that it would be delivered in a day or three at the latest. That turned out to be wrong so we went to the store the next week (Sep 5) to ask about the laptop and was told it would arrive one or two days later. That also turned out to be wrong and the delivery date online said it would actually arrive a whole week later than expected even though it was something I needed as soon as possible. Made a phone call the week after and was told it would probably be ready on that day which also turned out to be wrong (Sep 12). Called again the next day (Sep 13) because I was extremely frustrated and someone was finally able to get the message to geek squad and tell them about my laptop. Then I went to the store to finally pick it up and they told me that even though it had been delivered earlier they actually weren’t able to find it because the box was so big they thought it was the wrong product which confused me because I thought they were experts and had a specific tracking list and label on products that came in. This was the first product I’d bought from Best Buy and it wasn’t the best first impression.

A product I purchased almost started a house fire within four months of use. Best Buy could not give me an even exchange (it is a bread maker for my child with food allergies who can not safely eat store bought bread) and told me that if I purchased the product that they would go through the proper channels and get me a refund which would result in an even exchange. Customer service just denied my request which I am now escalating to the Better Business Bureau and sharing here. Not only is the in-store customer service outrageously bad. I.e. I was lied to, but the supervisory exchange is even worse. I recommend staying far far from this company and this store in particular. I am happy to take down my review once my refund is given. It is outrageous that an appliance almost created a house fire and I cannot get my money back.

Horrible customer service! I bought a washer/dryer set from them, which they didn't install properly; they asked me to buy an extra part on my responsibility from elsewhere cause they don carry it! They did not even offer help on the size or length of the required part! The supervisor, Ali, first said a extra part would not cause any water leakage, but after two weeks of installation back and forth and wasting my time, he admitted it most probably might cause leakage! Even worse, It took them one extra week to schedule a pickup!! Irresponsible and unhelpful!!

I came to Bestbuy for a back to school sale. The staff were not attentive. When we asked them for them, the staff redirected us to another staff or refused to help. We also lined up but they refused to help and they do not know how to process a cash transaction. When I got the stuff and lined up at the front to pay, there were 4 to 5 staff standing around chitchatting when there was a line up, waiting to pay.

Firstly, I walked around the store for half an hour looking for the items I wanted. Not a single employee asked if I needed help. And lastly, I went to pay for said items and tried paying cash. I was informed that they don't take cash? How odd. I was lucky that I had enough to cover the bill in my bank account.
