Carstar made sure to store my car safely in their warehouse the whole time, shielding it from rain and snow.Despite the extensive wait time for the part, Carstar diligently followed up with manufactures on the status of the back-ordered part. The prolonged delay could have easily been a source of frustration for both them and me. However, the shop manager took time to explain the process, the impact of the delay on my car, and strategies to mitigate any potential issues. He showed remarkable patience and professionalism, making a stressful situation much more manageable. Moreover, the manager was effective in communicating and implementing a solution to ease the situation, which further solidified my trust in their service.”

I would risk breaking bumper tabs doing it myself.Dealership wanted $150 to change a low beam bulb! These guys did it perfectly for half the price. Not only that, the technician also cleaned my headlight and repositioned the bumper liner for better fit.They got me in the day after I called and service was fast. He even showed me the busted bulb.”
