It happened at the worst time as I was to embark on a 8-hours drive back to the US after vising my family in Canada. I was dreading the search of a car mechanic in a different country, and imagined the worst that can happen after that. Thankfully, one of the friends recommended Simply The Best Auto. Despite being fully booked, the owners agreed to add me to their busy schedule to run a diagnostic test to find out the extent of the damage to help me to plan the next steps with my extended travel, potential insurance claim etc. After they learned about my situation, they made any effort to fix the damage as soon as possible, and the charge was very reasonable. Unlike many other car repair shops, they did not take advantage of my situation, but instead, I found here exceptional professional knowledge and skills, honesty and empathy. If you need a reliable honest car mechanic, do not look any further!”

“While the service quality did not meet my expectations, the staff's demeanor was impeccable and professional. I initially brought my car in due to a flat tire, which they promptly repaired. However, the issue recurred the very next day. Upon contacting them, I was informed that they could not provide service in my area but offered to lend a compressor to assist me in bringing the car back for a recheck. Unfortunately, this solution was not feasible for me, and I opted for a mobile repair service instead. Impressively, the following day, I received a text message from them offering to refund the charges for the service. Car House went out of their way to find a matching rim for my brother. And they found it at another shop, although it was a display model, we can’t complain. It matches and does the job! It is really hard to come by people who would take the time to help on odd jobs like this. We really appreciate the staff and service provided by Car House. Keep up the great work!
