i can never reach this branch by phone! i tried to call them for a t5 slip that they never sent, i called like 50 times and not once somebody picked up the phone, it's like a ghost branch, don't ever use this one as your home branch, take my advice

I've been here many times and always left happy. Pegah and Shakila know all about banking stuff and are super friendly too. You'll never have to worry about banking with them. highly recommend.

This CIBC branch was decent prior to the renovations and elimination of Customer Experience Representatives (Bank Tellers). The only staff here are the Financial Service Representatives (FSR) and Branch Manager. I suggest going to another branch if you need assistance from a FSRs, as they are NOT knowledgeable and very unprofessional. Consistently needing to contact back office for answers or applying payments toward the wrong things.Recently, I went into the branch to make a mortgage payment and the FSR argued that a certain account could not be closed when it was already done by another CIBC staff months ago. In addition, after clear instructions as to where my payment needed to go, the FSR still made a mistake... I even asked her to double check prior and she confirmed it was done correctly... Nope, still made a mistake and now I have to call in to have it fixed.

Poor service. The employee was not trained properly. I was there for an appointment. I went straight to the receptionist desk and as soon as I saw an employee I approached her but right away she told me "I can't help you right now, I am helping another customer" which is fine for me however as soon as she turned around, she told the customer that she will lost track of what she is doing if she helped me. She left me waiting without even asking what I am here for. To be honest I wouldn't mind waiting if you asked politely since you are helping someone else. The impression was bad and lack of professional.

Employees are not trained. There are no more tellers here. Nobody knows what’s going on every time I come here now... even when just depositing a cheque to another party’s CIBC account.
