I had an awful experience at the Costco at Leslie and Elgin Mills yesterday. While I was shopping, a staff member pushing a heavy cart ran over my leg. The pain was immediate and intense—I couldn’t even feel my foot. When I told him, all he said was, “I didn’t see you,” without even a hint of an apology.
I asked him to call a manager, and someone named Michael came over. I was visibly in tears from the pain, yet the first thing he said was, “He was just doing his job,” as if that excused the accident. He and the staff member were speaking in another language, which seemed unprofessional, especially since it felt like they were siding with each other.
I then asked Michael to call the store manager. Ann eventually came over and, while she did apologize, it was so detached and unfeeling. She just told me to fill out an incident report and that insurance would get in touch.
I left feeling incredibly hurt, both physically and emotionally. It’s clear Costco doesn’t prioritize customer safety or respect. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I’m truly shocked by the lack of empathy and accountability.

Likely the worst costco in North America. Staff are VERY rude and disrespectful, a cashier yelled at me for no particluar reason and another time a "doorperson" got mad at me for going back out for a shopping cart and coming back in. Another time a worker told me their entrance is not an entrance, it made no sense. Very poorly managed store.

Overall I like Costco but I have bought 2 sealy mattresses, a queen and a twin, in past 2 yrs. Queen has gotten uneven whereas twin has its coil out of it from one side. I don't know how to return these 2. I can't use them anymore. They had 10 yr warranty on them. All bullshit.

Baklava 1.2kg at costco
The worst baklava I have tasted soggy and in fact the square pieces 2x I got a pepple or sand like crunch. This would be very dangerous on the kidney can create kidney stones. I wish I could put a lawsuit against them. Going to return the half 3/4 tray to costco for a refund. DO NOT BUY THIS BAKLAVA.

Costco Richmond Hill is always extremely busy, and finding parking is a real challenge. Inside, the atmosphere is rushed, with many shoppers acting impatient. Shopping for produce, meat, and milk can feel like an auction, as people dig through items searching for the ‘perfect piece,’ often leaving other products damaged. Carts are frequently left in the aisles, causing congestion and slowing down the flow. Overall, it’s a chaotic and disorganized shopping experience, and unfortunately, the behavior of some customers only adds to the stress. I avoid going here whenever possible.

couldn't even get inside the store because it was impossible to find parking. cars were parked in fire route and no parking zones causing it to be such a mess

WORST STORE IVE EVER BEEN TO LMAO. I never wrote a review before so that’s how you know it’s bad. They let me in when I scanned my mom’s membership when I was by myself. Then after I get to the register after I already loaded my cart with all groceries they scan the membership and say she needs to be here. And I couldn’t buy anything. Ok buddy why did you let me in the store then LOL. Nice one there making the company you work for lose money smart move I hope you feel better about yourself after denying a loyal customer service.

I love going to costco but recently my wife with disability is having a hard time at your store .we can never find a parking spot in the disability area because people are parking in them because it close to the store.and when you find a spot now you have to line up to get in when you have trouble walking it not good .
Can you please try and make it better for people with disabilities.
