I purchased a Safe-Tec Asgard helmet and foldable bike lock from Demon Electric (DE), and they're excellent products.
I had some set up trouble with the helmet, and via great communication, the issue was fixed by troubleshooting on DE's end.
I recently purchased an eBike where I live, and I like the product that I bought, but that company has horrible customer service (delays in communication & assistance): that alone makes me wish I had bought my bike from Demon Electric, as they truly know how to treat their customers. 10/10.

Bought the Rebel for my wife and she loves it. Very good fit, finish and components! Bought the pannier bags too and they are a great fit, great value and very, very well made! I needed to contact customer service and they got right back to me! Thank-you!!

Had an issue with the bike at first. Emailed then about the issue and they were on it. Had it fixed within 2 days. Probably 1 if I wasn't so lazy haha. The bike is great. Customer service even better!

After previously purchasing 4 sets of front axles from other manufacturers which NONE were correct, I contacted Sarankan Sri at Demon PS. He took the time to locate the correct axles I needed after confirming the correct dimensions. He was prompt with getting back to me and put together the order which I received in one day! The packaging of the new axles prevented any damage and far exceeded any of the other brands I had received. The axles fit perfectly and the quality is outstanding. I have raced for a few years now and used Demon Powers-ports Axels and they have always worked perfectly, I race with Military Vets and its important to use the best aftermarket parts and when it comes to Axels , Demon Powersports are up there with the best and affordable , they will be supporting our 2024/2025 race season as we are building a new Polaris Turbo R and will only be using Demon Powersports Axels !
