Had a pleasure of meeting Rita and having her help resize my wife’s ring. We bought this ring over the weekend and realized many jewellers were closed. Luckily, Rita and her team was able to do a same day service that exceeded our expectations. She is very friendly, sincere and answered all of our questions. Called Matrix Locksmith due to a stuck lock, not responding to locking mechanism, I have the fuhr multipoint door lock type, so the locksmith came same day, price was reasonable and did fuhr multipoint door lock replacement, all is working smoothly now and the door is back to lock. Thank you David!
