I had a very disappointing experience at this Dollarama location. The store was not organized, and many items were misplaced or out of stock. The staff was not helpful, and when I asked a simple question, I did not receive a clear or polite response.
What made the experience even worse was the manager’s behavior. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, and their attitude was completely unacceptable.
Overall, the customer service and store conditions were far below expectations. I hope they seriously improve their management and the way they treat customers.

I really like this Dollarama store because they have a lot of self-checkout machines, so I hardly ever have to wait in line.
The only issue I have is that when I buy single cans of Diet Pepsi or Pepsi Zero, they are always placed high on the shelf, and I often can't reach them since the remaining cans are stuck deep inside those high shelves.
There are usually plenty of regular Pepsi cans, but the Diet and Zero Pepsi cans are always low in stock. Why not move those cans to a lower shelf to make them easier to grab and increase the stock of Diet and Zero ones? Or at least provide a stool so that shorter people don’t have to ask staff for assistance.

I was there doing some shopping and needed to use the washroom. I asked the staff, and they said I needed the manager’s approval to use it ,which is absurd. Anyway, they made me wait for a couple of minutes until the manager, who was really hard to find, finally showed up.
Not only did the bald manager ( just mentioning his appearance) refuse my request, but he even denied that there was a washroom there , which I know for a fact is a lie.
At this point, it wasn’t even about using the washroom. It was about the complete lack of respect they have for their customers

Prices are different of receipt. check prices before buy it, labels are fake, at cash if you don't check the prices, you lose your money. They are not responsible about their labels and faults.

Morning, 9.50 am.
Failed to pay, due to self checkout issues.
Bad organized process.
Cashier left , didn't assist.

Cashier left me (eye contact :) ) right the same time when I appear to pay for my items. Left me in register area, I have to go through self check out.
Nobody in area : neither customers, nor cashier, or assistance. Not busy time, no customers in store.
I started my routine through self checkout. It was okay, then the more and more communications from the machine, and I see the machine is alarming for assistance.
NO ASSISTANCE provided. I tried to manage, some was successfully scanned, then stuck again. My Christmas Accessories were so wide. They were not visible on scanned items area. Everything became a mess. The machine is not working properly, because of size of accessories (more then 1m.) , literally no space to arrange. They were on a floor. I don't really liked this all together.
My Christmas Accessories should not be from the floor.
I left everything, was not able to close transaction. Machine continues to beeping. Nobody around.
I spent around 15 min !!!! in communication with machine. I spent around 30 min in store to collect the items I wanted to buy, and almost same time in customer service area.
The transaction around $60 didn't happened today.
Same cashier appear when I was on my way from the store.
My review, I would like to address to Management team. To provide extra Training hours for cashiers and improve Customer service.

When I checked out the item I scanned and paid for was a different price than posted in the aisle
I brought this to the attention of the cash staff
Staff didn't understand what I was telling him I repeated myself with no luck
Another Staff came over and asked me if I wanted chocolate to make up the difference
I wasn't interested in any chocolate
I wanted a refund
I was eventually given cash for the difference
Not a very good experience
Time wasted
