I had several bad experiences with this branch I am extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely awful and rude . Most of them rarely speak English. When I kindly ask questions and looking for items. They pointed me everywhere to look for it. Compared the one a little north beside Canadian tire and several other locations. Here is the worst. That is why I guess good employees have left. Consequently, I have decided not to spend any further money at this location.

My experience with this branch was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely awful and rude . I was erroneously charged extra. Despite presenting the receipt and requesting a refund for the overcharged amount, they insisted on offering compensation for their own problem instead. Their refusal to rectify the mistake has left me deeply dissatisfied. Consequently, I have decided not to spend any further money at this shop.
