Rushed to the store on a night with heavy snowfall, and the cashier a southasian male refused to check me out since they closed soon after I got in… poor customer service! the checkout was still active! He made an absurd comment “comeback tomorrow”, I don’t think so, go learn some basic customer service skills.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store.
The cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful when a container I bought broke while being handed to me. She refused to listen and kept blaming me. The customer service was very poor — I don’t feel comfortable shopping here again.

This location provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced, particularly due to the unhelpful attitude of the lady at the cash register this morning, November 6th, 2025.
I invite the manager of this store to reach out if there are any concerns so we can discuss them.

Nice size Dollarama with good selection. Only one cashier but he was efficient and quick hopping from one cash register to another!

The customer service quality is quite average, there are no self-checkout machines, and the variety of goods is less than other similar chain stores.

Lack of customer service at this location. There was no cashiers at checkout and I had found an employee restocking items, I had asked for assistance and received a sigh and said coming. Proceeds to restock until remainder of the boxes are on the shelf.

Extremely poor customer service. Requested for a refund which I had just bought an item, didn’t check the size of the cups before buying. And return just after few mins and they refuse!
This is first dollarama which has refuse to refund or even give store credit just few minutes after buying an item!!!

BEWARE of this store. Appears to deliberately give the wrong change at this store. Change clearly said on the cash screen $1.65 and gave me $1.55. She said this incorrect amount as well.
