been reachin' dis ⛽ for a few years now and gas prices are hit or miss. sometimes it's high, sometimes it's mid, and other times it's hella nice. tn was way too sick though, crazy low prices and i hope they keep it up. never had a bad exp with customer service here doe.

This gas station’s pump often doesn't work when you arrive, you need wait 5-10 mins for the pump to work, don't know why and it's silly

Very bad customer service!
They probably didn't like me, so they decided to close the car wash on me. They also told me to go to another station; they don't care.
But I see washing machine still working

I strongly caution anyone thinking of using this Esso station. The sign advertised $1.17/L for regular gas, but my receipt showed $1.40/L. There’s no explanation for this difference, and it feels very misleading. I felt like I was deceived, and I will not be returning. Make sure you double-check your price before filling up here.

Now, I gave away my winning seven Lotto tickets, but I only received six. I went back and asked for the ones in the trash, but they only gave me the winning ones, leaving one missing. I counted the numbers, but they still gave me one. When I came back to leave a comment, I realized there was another person in the same situations.
I was hoping for a little joy, but my day was ruined.

Normal gas station - just recently noticed that maximum authorization amount for gas auto payment has reduced to $100 which is a burden for me. I need to tap twice to fillout my car.

Wow wow, I have never been yelled at by a gas station employee for correcting what they are doing wrong to an under aged Asian male. I am a regular customer and I have seen them treating people by racially profiling them as I have seen them being polite with their own nationals.
Please address this management's customer service behavior to meet the standards of other location which I pleasantly visit. This happened on Feb.12th 2025 at 11:24 am. The manager with glasses is the one discriminate people with false claim.
Thier arrogance can ruin the reputation of your company badly, I will stop pumping gas there for now.

The car wash here went from bad to worst. In the last year or so, the machine wasn't doing a thorough job, leaving lots of dirt. Their solution? They've installed large turning brushes like those old school car washes so it's no longer touchless and will scratch up your car like crazy.

It use to be the best car washer in the area. Not anymore. Today I paid for the luxury wash and got the dirty car back. Washin time has been reduced from 6-7 minutes to 4. We'll, you try to save? You gonna lose instead! No more wash at your place!
